We seek a dynamic Head of Fundraising & Development to lead these efforts.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Head of Fundraising & Development will devise and implement fundraising strategies to support El Cami’s mission and goals for 2025. This role involves leading the fundraising team, building donor relationships, diversifying revenue, and ensuring the organisation’s financial sustainability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute a fundraising strategy aligned with organisational goals.
Lead and mentor the fundraising team.
Support overall strategic planning and ensure alignment with fundraising efforts.
Fundraising Operations
Diversify funding sources aiming to raise €2M for El Cami.
Support the launch and sustainability of the digital incubator program.
Measure the impact of fundraising initiatives.
Financial Planning
Maintain a financial model supporting strategic decisions.
Develop and manage the fundraising budget.
Create financial forecasts and reports on fundraising performance.
Donor and Partner Relations
Build strong relationships with donors and stakeholders.
Develop strategies for donor engagement and retention.
Establish corporate partnerships for funding opportunities.
Team Management
Recruit and develop a skilled fundraising team.
Set performance goals and conduct evaluations.
Communication and Marketing
Oversee fundraising campaigns and initiatives.
Work with marketing to create engaging narratives.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s in Nonprofit Management, Business, or Finance.
Experience: Proven success in fundraising, preferably over €2M for NGOs.
Skills: Leadership, strategic thinking, financial acumen, excellent communication, relationship management, project oversight, and tech proficiency.

Established donor and corporate networks, 5 years and more.
International NGO experience, 5 years and more.
Advanced data analysis skills.
