We seek a dynamic Head of Fundraising & Development to lead these efforts.

POSITION SUMMARY

As Team Lead, Impact Measurement and Management, Immerse yourself in a diverse and enriching volunteer environment that fosters cultural exchange and forges lasting connections with individuals from around the globe, you will establish and lead a new department, defining its vision, structure, and processes from the ground up. You will guide the organization in measuring, tracking, and communicating the social impact of its programs.

This includes developing systems, tools, and practices for data collection, analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making and ensure alignment with mission outcomes. Attention: this is a 100% remote position volunteer, we do not request or ask relocation to any of our members.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee implementation of the organization's impact measurement and management strategy.

  • Lead the design of frameworks and tools to monitor, evaluate, and report program outcomes.

  • Collaborate with program teams to set measurable goals and track performance.

  • Analyze data to generate insights that inform program improvements and donor reporting.

  • Create accessible reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Build the capacity of team members to implement M&E tools effectively.

  • Ensure ethical and inclusive data collection practices.

  • Represent the organization in relevant forums, partnerships, and research initiatives.


Skills and Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) methodologies

  • Proficient in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, Tableau)

  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

  • Experience in qualitative and quantitative research.

  • Ability to lead teams and coordinate cross-functional efforts.

  • A passion for social impact and continuous learning.


Other Qualifying Criteria

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Public Policy, Development Studies, Economics, Statistics / Data Science / Environmental Science / Sustainability or related fields

  • Experience: At least 2 years leading teams, and 5 years in monitoring and evaluation, impact assessment, or data analytics in the nonprofit sector or social / impact enterprise

  • Knowledge: Familiarity with theory of change models, Impact frameworks (e.g., Impact Management Project (IMP)), and impact reporting standards

  • Time zone: GMT to GMT+4
