Are you a proven fundraising leader with the ability to raise at least $2 million?
El Cami is seeking a Head of Fundraising & Development to develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies that support our mission and 2025 priorities. In this senior leadership role, you will lead the fundraising team, cultivate relationships with donors and partners, diversify revenue streams, and manage financial planning to ensure the organisation’s sustainability, playing a vital role in securing resources for impactful programs and initiatives.
