El Cami is not a building or a budget. It is a global community of volunteers, grassroots leaders, and partners who show up because the work matters to them. Some give five hours a week, some give more. All of them bring real skill and real conviction. We believe change does not trickle down from the top. It grows outward from the people closest to the challenges, and our job is to back them, not speak over them.

We are not here to patch problems or tweak what already exists. We work alongside communities to change the systems that hold people back, aiming for long-term impact that is environmentally sound and rooted in local knowledge.
