THE GAP WE WORK ON
Funding rarely reaches the people closest to the work.
Community leaders bring lived experience, cultural insight and bold ideas. What they often lack is not purpose, but the systems to sustain it: strategic networks, recognition, access to stable funding and operational support.
Our programs exist to close that gap.

Henosis
Henosis works with grassroots organisations to build the strategy, systems and financial footing they need to become self-sustaining and lead lasting change.
It is a digital program, so it can reach organisations wherever they are, and it adapts to the specific challenge each one is working on, from climate resilience to poverty and gender equity.
